How do I book a shoot?

Simply, book a consultation with the team and we can discuss your requirements from there.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, 50% of the total amount to secure your booking. The balance is to be settled before or on the day of the shoot.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the case of cancelling, 48 hours notice should be provided. The shoot can rescheduled or other plans can be made, varying to individual situations.

How far do you travel for shoots?

We are available globally, but based in the East Midlands. From our location, we can travel within a 10-mile radius free of charge. If the shoot is outside of this radius, each mile will be 55p.

What is your turnaround time for edited photos?

Each shoot is unique, for most shoots you will receive within 7 business days but can be up to a few weeks for complex or bigger projects.

What happens during a typical photoshoot?

The entire process is straightforward and easy for you. Plans are made and discussed prior to the shoot. We will arrive promptly and set up the equipment ready to start. When shooting, the camera is tethered to the laptop, showing the images captured straight away, great for live approval.

How will I receive my photos?

Via email, you will receive a link to your online photo portfolio. Alternatively, upon request, beautiful albums or prints can be made. Contact us to find out more.

Do you offer gift vouchers for photoshoots?

Yes. These can be found within our store, and a unique code will be provided to you via email upon your purchase.

How can I leave a review for your services?

Do you have a studio space, or do you shoot on location?

All photoshoots are done on location, but a studio space can be hired upon request. Fees apply.
